In short: use FlickVite for real parties, only upload photos you have permission to use, keep it friendly, and pay once per party for the unlock if you want it.
Using FlickVite
FlickVite is operated by Noble Ventures 100 Pty Ltd (ACN 700 571 660). By creating an account or using FlickVite you agree to these terms. You need to be 18 or over to create an account. Guests don't need an account to view an invite or RSVP.
Your content
- You're responsible for the details, messages and photos you add.
- Only upload a photo if you're the person in it, their parent or guardian, or you have their permission.
- Don't upload anything unlawful, hurtful, explicit or that you don't have the right to use.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to use it only to run the service, for example to create your character and show your invite to people with the link.
AI characters
Characters are created by an AI image model from your photo and the options you choose. Results vary, may not always look exactly like the person, and occasionally won't work at all. Failed attempts don't count towards your limit. Our themes and costumes are original designs; please don't ask for or try to recreate characters owned by others.
Payments and refunds
- Making invites is free. A Party unlock is a one-off payment per invite, shown in Australian dollars at checkout. There's no subscription.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- If something goes wrong with your unlock, email signalix_dev@icloud.com and we'll make it right. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Fair use
To keep FlickVite fast and affordable, there are limits on how many AI characters can be made per invite and per day. Don't try to get around limits, misuse the service, or interfere with how it works.
Availability
We work hard to keep FlickVite running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or improve features over time.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, FlickVite is provided as is, and we're not liable for indirect losses. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the invite involved. This doesn't affect guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
