Who we are

FlickVite ("we", "us") makes animated party invitations and is operated by Noble Ventures 100 Pty Ltd (ACN 700 571 660). We're based in Queensland, Australia and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Contact us any time at signalix_dev@icloud.com.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and an encrypted password, so you can sign in and manage your invites.
• Party details you enter: such as the birthday person's first name and age, the date, time, venue, address, RSVP contact and message.
• Photos you upload to create a cartoon character (see below).
• RSVPs from guests: the name, attendance, number of guests and any message a guest chooses to send.
• Payment records: what was paid and when. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach us.
• Basic technical data such as error logs, used to keep the service working and secure.

Photos of children

Many photos uploaded to FlickVite are of children, so we treat them with extra care:

• You must be the child's parent or guardian, or have their permission, to upload a photo. We ask you to confirm this each time.
• The photo is stored privately and sent securely to our AI image provider only to create the character you asked for.
• The original photo is deleted as soon as the character is made, or straight away if making it fails.
• We do not use photos or characters to train AI models, and we don't sell or share them for advertising.
• The finished cartoon character is stored with your invite until you delete the invite or your account.

Who can see an invite

Each invite has a private link. Anyone you share that link with can view the invite and send an RSVP. Invites aren't listed or searchable on FlickVite. Only you, when signed in, can see the RSVP list for your invites.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run FlickVite. They only process information to provide their service to us:

• Supabase stores accounts, invites and RSVPs, in their Sydney, Australia region.
• Atlas Cloud and the AI model it runs create the cartoon character from your photo. This processing may happen on servers outside Australia.
• Netlify hosts our website and invite pages.
• Stripe processes payments.

Where information is processed overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it's handled in a way that's consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

How long we keep things

• Original photos: deleted immediately after the character is made.
• Invites, characters and RSVPs: kept until you delete them or your account.
• Payment records: kept as long as Australian tax law requires.

Your choices

You can edit or delete any invite in the app at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or delete your whole account, by emailing signalix_dev@icloud.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can fix it. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let account holders know by email.
